1. Choose Your Plan

Every plan calculates and records payroll and prepares your filing paperwork. Ideal Workforce does not move money and does not file returns for you today -- you pay your people and make your tax deposits yourself. Switch plans anytime from your dashboard.

10 worker(s)
Estimated monthly cost for the Enhanced plan $129/mo
Save up to 40% compared to ADP RUN custom quotes. No hidden per-run fees or long-term lock-in.
2. Company Profile
Your Login

You'll set your own password via a one-time link at the end -- we never see or choose it.

3. State Tax Registrations

Loading supported states...

Where the company is based. This state's withholding and unemployment IDs also populate your legacy filing profile.

Check any other state you have employees working in. Contact Ideal Workforce Support if you operate somewhere not listed here.

4. Bank Details

Stored encrypted at rest. Used to fund employee net pay and collect our service fee once payroll runs actually begin -- nothing is charged during signup.

5. Pay Schedule
This sets how often payroll runs. You (or Ideal Workforce support) can change it later, and can turn on automated auto-run once your account is reviewed.
Employees (W-2)

Optional here -- you can also add your team after your account is set up. Adding someone here does require their home address and date of birth, along with federal filing status and pay details; state withholding certificates and local jurisdiction details are collected separately once your account is set up.

6. Reporting Agent Authorization (Form 8655)

This authorizes Ideal Workforce LLC (operated by BKS Accounting Group Inc) to prepare and file the forms you select below on your company's behalf, and to make the related federal tax deposits and payments. You can revoke this at any time by written notice.

Form 8655 line 4 asks for a starting month and year for each form. This authorization does not cover any tax period that begins before the date you choose, so pick the first period you want us to handle.

Ideal Workforce does not make tax deposits for clients. Doing so needs a separate IRS EFTPS Batch Provider enrolment we do not hold, so your deposits stay yours to make and we leave this line unauthorized. We show it because Form 8655 has the line, and we would rather tell you what we do not do than leave it off the form.
